I have been to several Philz throughout California. There is only 1 Philz where I felt service and quality was lacking. This location in Glendale is not it. The customer service is excellent. I ordered a Philz Iced Tea with honey (the best iced tea in the US) and a Unity Cold Brew (seasonal) with oat milk. Both drinks are delicious with a lot of flavor. Philz is amazing by providing quality with attention to every cup. I remember Philz when it was a couple of locations in San Francisco, today they have lost their individual personality, but the corporate design is comfortable.

I order a lot of drinks from your location on a daily basis and visit frequently, so I expect a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, one of your employees, Serenity, is always rude and unprofessional. She made sarcastic comments about my order in front of others and failed to prepare the drink properly. It honestly feels like she is more focused on making rude or sarcastic remarks rather than doing her actual job. She seems very comfortable making comments, but when it comes to making good coffee — that clearly isn’t her strength. I like your coffee shop and many of your employees do a great job, but this behavior completely ruins the experience. My friend has also had a similar negative interaction with the same employee. We never want to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed when we pick up a drink. I hope this feedback encourages her to be more friendly and inviting.

I have been to this coffee shop at least six times now and every time I visit, I am blown away by their amazing coffee! I recently tried a coffee at their Huntington Beach location that was absolutely delicious. It had the perfect blend of chocolate and coffee flavors, along with some creamy goodness. I didn't catch the name of the coffee, but I am determined to find it again! I visited their branch at Brand Blvd and tried their large hot Mocha Tesora with creamer, along with a slice of their banana bread. The coffee was so well-blended with the chocolate and coffee flavors, it was just heavenly. And let me tell you, that banana bread was moist and downright delicious! Not only is their coffee top-notch, but the atmosphere of the coffee shop is also welcoming and spacious. So if you're looking for a great cup of coffee and a cozy spot to enjoy it, this place is definitely worth a visit. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings. Just had the BEST experience at this coffee shop! Their cashier was so friendly and helpful, and then the barista asked me to taste my coffee before leaving to make sure it was perfect. What a brilliant idea!👌 It just goes to show

I’ve been a fan of Peet’s Coffee since trying it in San Francisco, and randomly stopped by this location today. It was much cleaner and brighter than the one I visited before, and the barista—super friendly and with the most charming smile—made my coffee perfectly. I got the Iced Mint Mojito Latte which is my favorite. So refreshing! You can also customize the size, hot or iced, and even adjust the cream (light or medium). Also, shoutout to the barista today—he had the most charming smile. 👍🏻👍🏻 Highly recommend this spot if you’re nearby—cute indoor and outdoor seating, and convenient paid street parking right out front.

This line here is out of control I’ve been waiting to order for over ten minutes I have no idea why it’s taking this long. They’re almost out if pastries and it’s 4 pm. Granted it’s Presidents’ Day and it must be busy but considering there are only 3 people ahead of me in line and I’ve waited this long so far is really giving me a terrible first impression. I don’t get it are they doing online orders before anyone in person?? There are three people in the kitchen. I just payed 6 for a large cold brew I hope it’s worth it. Looks like all the seats are taken inside there is outdoor seating. I know Philz generally for their work-friendly environment, you come to Philz and get a coffee and they have chargers and Wi-Fi and restrooms you can use. This location the music is kinda loud. The interior has a couch and a big desk where various people are working in different things. I’m waiting for my cold brew now and I see a bunch of orders for what I’m assuming is online orders and I just don’t get it because if it were me I would focus on the folks who actually come in the store first instead of getting a bunch of drinks done. Oh wow I just tried my drink and it raised my 3 star review to
